Statutory Planning

The Statutory components of Town and Regional Planning relate to the acquisition of development rights in its various forms. Property and property development in its various forms all require some sort of statutory approval either in the form of Special Consent Applications, Rezoning Applications, Township Establishment, Town Planning Appeals, DFA Applications and the like. Strategic, Spatial & Economic Planning relate to interventions that give land and its use guidance and spatial form designed to benefit the interests of the people.
