Project Management Training

Overview

We deliver high quality training and mentoring to satisfy both individual and corporate requirements. Our Trainers have been involved in project management, project controls, quality management and engineering for over 30 years. All our Trainers have had field experience in their particular area of expertise and are registered and listed in terms of the ECSA, PMSA & SACPCMP. Our courses are approved with ECSA and SACPCMP for CPD hours/ points

Our Training Courses

The Project Management course is based on the PM Bok framework and covers the 10 knowledge areas. The 2, 3 or 5day courses will reference each of the knowledge areas and will provide further detail on a few of the knowledge areas specific to the Client and participant needs. Numerous Private and Public Sector clients in South Africa and Africa, clients have successfully benefitted from our training programmes.

ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management

Practical Implementation Workshop: 2 days
his course goes through the clauses of the standard, looking at the practical application of each clause within organizations. The course also discusses recommended templates. The aim of the course is to assist companies with effective implementation
Internal auditor Workshop: 3 days
The course goes through the requirements of the ISO 9001 standard; It also looks at the requirements of ISO 19011:2012. Participants will also work through case studies conducting internal audits. The intention of the course is to assist companies have value adding internal audits, and also to make sure that internal audits meet the requirements of the standard.

ISO 45001:2018 Occupation Health & Safety

Construction Regulations Workshop: 1 day
This is aimed at management level employees, who require awareness of health & safety regulations that affect the construction industry
General Health & Safety Regulations Workshop: 1 day
The course is aimed at management level employees who require awareness of health & safety regulations in order to set up their own system
Practical Implementation Workshop: 2 days
The course goes through the clauses of the standard, discussing the application of the standard within the organisation.

ISO 13485:2016 Medical Devices

Compliance and ISO 13485 Overview: 2 days
This course is aimed as an introduction to the requirements of the Medical Control Council (MCC) and will include a discussion of South Africa medical regulatory compliance. The course will also talk through the requirements of ISO 13485 and the practical requirements for companies.
ISO 13485:2016 Transition: 3 days
The course is aimed at people who already have some experience working with the standard. The trainer will go through each clause of the standard, discussing requirement compliance, any changes as compared to the previous standard, as well as work through practical examples and case studies.

ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management

Practical Workshops

We have a variety of workshops which can be done at your premises or at any of our branches. All
workshops are aimed at practical use of the information. The intention is that the workshop participants
leave with a working knowledge of how to take the information back into their companies.

Where possible, training is customized to clients, so we are able to work through your existing templates,
procedures and policies during the course. On general courses, participants are encouraged to bring real
documents as well as any difficulties experienced in their work environment for discussion.
