• 130 000m² floor area of buildings and support facilities
• Parking facility for 2000 vehicles
• Accommodation for medical and nursing staff
• Creche for young patients and mothers
• Boiler house and laundry facility
• Laboratory Building
• Offices and Consulting rooms
• Teaching facilities
• Security infrastructure and systems
Scope of services was Project and Construction Management, Civil and Structural Engineering. The construction period was 4 years, and the commissioning was a further 2 years.
