Shoprite Freshmark Centurion Cold Storage Warehousing Facility

Project Management (Principal Agent) services.
• Renovation to the existing Freshmark facility which includes offices, staff facilities, workshops, battery room, banana rooms, plant room and extending the building in an eastern direction
• Construction of the added Freshmark cold storage facility (12,000m²), including offices and freezer room (3,500m²)
• Construction of all related external works, truck facilities, driver’s facilities, parking area, roads, gate houses and security
