• Renovation to the existing Freshmark facility which includes offices, staff facilities, workshops, battery room, banana rooms, plant room and extending the building in an eastern direction
• Construction of the added Freshmark facility (12,000m²), includes offices and freezer room (3,500m²)
• Construction of all related external works required for a distribution centre, truck facilities, drivers facilities, parking area, roads and gate houses
